Between sessions

LivFull Psychology is an appointment-based service and does not provide emergency or crisis support. Messages between sessions are intended primarily for scheduling, payment and administrative matters. Therapy-related reflections may be sent only where this has been agreed with the clinician. Messages are answered as soon as practicable but must not be used for emergencies.

Scope

• Psychology practice — no medication or prescriptions.
• Psychological evaluation, profiling, findings and recommendations — not medical diagnosis.
• Evaluations are hybrid; standardised testing is in person.
• Report acceptance is decided by the receiving organisation.
