Delivery or service completion method and schedule: LivFull Psychology is based in Japan, and offers appointment-only telehealth and onsite psychotherapy services, or a combination of both. Onsite services are subject to availability: At present all onsite services have been suspended. An appointment lasts normally for 50 minutes unless otherwise agreed.

Returns and cancellations policy: Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 24 hours (1 day) notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. Unless a different agreement is reached, the full fee will be charged for sessions missed without such notification. In the event of a scheduled or unscheduled cancellation as a result of the psychologist’s/therapist’s absence, these will not be charged.

Warranty information: LivFull Psychology guarantees the quality and availability of our appointment-based mental health services. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a scheduled or unscheduled cancellation as a result of the psychologist’s/therapist’s absence, these will not be charged, and the client will be offered a replacement appointment at no additional charge. If you are not satisfied with the services provided during your appointment, please contact us within 7 days to discuss possible resolution options.
