Evaluations are billed for the time they take. An evaluation takes approximately 20–35 hours in total when screening is included.
Screening is billed as two hours and paid separately. It includes the intake interview, scoring, analysis and feedback. Booking screening does not commit the client to a full evaluation.
Every client receives an individual estimate before proceeding. An estimate may change if emerging needs require additional meetings, interviews or professional liaison; any change is discussed with you before further work goes ahead.
Screening is paid separately from the later assessment, testing and feedback work, which is invoiced as a lump sum before testing begins.
Payment is in Japanese yen. Credit and debit cards and Japanese bank transfer (furikomi) are accepted.
Clients insured with Vitality Health and Life Insurance, WPA Healthcare or Healix Global may be able to claim sessions through their insurance. Clients pay LivFull directly and may then seek reimbursement from their insurer. LivFull can provide the information required for an insurance claim, but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
